GEI is launching a crucial legal battle to challenge Michigan's Assault on Parental Rights Act and we are counting on your support to bring Justice to Michigan Schools.

 

The Assault on Parental Rights Act (MI Act 103) removed the cost effective administrative complaint process that parents could use to address illegal activities in their public schools. GEI was instrumental in bringing about change in school districts, with parents, utilizing this process. Because we were effective, the anti-parent Michigan Legislature and Governor revoked that option in Act 103 and have created an environment where public schools can blatantly violate the law... unless we can bring strong lawsuits to stop this horrible behavior.

 

GEI's Justice in Michigan Schools Campaign, is funding key legal battles that will impact the entire state. GEI's legal team is supporting four families in four school districts which have, blatantly, rejected their right to Opt-Out of Rogue Sex-Ed!

 

GEI's lawsuit(s), if successful, will establish Justice in Michigan Schools and set a national precedence.

 

This is a pivotal moment in our country. We must fight to ensure no one faces the illegal rogue public schools without the right to due process, transparency, and compensation they deserve.
